It’s official!

We are now in the midst of a Corona Pandemic which is causing everyone everywhere to reevaluate everything.

While negotiating this rapidly changing landscape I find that “Social Distancing” is the word of the hour. Thinking about the safety of others is the prerequisite behavior of the moment and the appropriate response to this crisis.

Due to the Corona pandemic, and the need for social distancing, we have cancelled the Field Trips for the 2020 season. We plan to resume field trips in 2021. I will continue monitoring situations and respond in an appropriate and responsible manner and keep you informed of our future activities.

During these times of overwhelming uncertainty, it is critically important for us to remain fearless, focused and faithful to the forces that have always guided, inspired and protected us.

The Egypt on the Potomac Field Trip is a guided journey through Washington, DC that uncovers secrets hidden in plain sight. By examining this embedded information, and exploring aspects of African mythology, African American, American, and Washington DC history, the Field Trip illuminates the ancient Egyptian influence on the founding fathers of the United States of America, as well as their acknowledgement of the Nile Valley origins of civilization.

2020 Schedule

We offer public field trips the first Saturday of each months between April and November each year (which may vary depending on holidays). This is the best option for individuals and small groups of people who can attend on scheduled dates. Field Trips are planned at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Due to the Corona pandemic, and the need for social distancing, we have cancelled the remainder of the 2020 season.

Advance Purchase

  • $35 for Adults
  • $25 for Seniors 65+ and students with ID.
  • $15 for Children 7 through 17

On Site Purchase

Tickets purchased on-site will have a $5 surcharge added per ticket.Click here to find out more about ticket purchase. NOTE: There is a NO REFUND policy for tickets purchased. In the event of an unforeseen personal emergency, we will make every attempt to transfer tickets to another date during the same Field Trip season for an administrative fee of $10 per ticket.
